Twins Tom and Alex are massive Nottingham Forest fans, so we were certain to score with an exact replica cake of Forest's 2017/18 home kit for their 18th birthday!

We kicked off by baking the cake and layering it into the shape of the shirt. It was then covered in the finest Belgian chocolate ganache, and finally sugar paste. 

Then we could start on making it really look the part. We were certain not to miss out on the 2 stars above the badge!

With the addition of kit and sponsor logos, the cake looked like it truly belonged on the pitch at the City Ground!
