When the Bride and Groom came to us they had lots of ideas, but didn't know how to fit them together. They didn't want something ordinary and run of the mill, they wanted something extra special. So here's what we created...

The top tier resembled a planet. We carved the cake into a planet shape, covered with ganache and fondant, then airbrushed for a striking effect. On top, sat edible figures of the Bride and Groom in the rocket from Wallace and Gromit's Grand Day Out. 

Below that, the cake was held up with an edible Tardis from Doctor Who! 

The middle tier was a film reel featuring stills from the Bride and Groom's favourite films and television programmes. 

Bottom tier featured multicoloured bold rainbow colours, and music notes to their favourite song. Music was very important to them, so we made it important to us. Indeed, the cake was held up with gigantic musical notes!

The Bride and Groom were thrilled with their wedding cake, and it certainly turned a few heads at the wedding!
